Pilates Mat I is a beginning mat class that will introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates, including breathing, spinal placement and a series of specific exercises to increase core strength and flexibility simultaneously.
Pilates Mat II
Pilates Mat II is an intermediate/advanced mat class that takes you beyond the basic Pilates mat exercises. The class will move at a faster pace and include exercises that require strong knowledge of the basic principles.
Pilates with Props
This mat class will tighten your abs, tone your arms, and shrink your thighs, while rotating through mat repertoire with small Pilates props. Challenge your body with the addition of the foam roller, toning balls, flex-band, fitness circle.
Ball/ Core Stability
The Exercise Ball Class is a one-hour class that is designed to instruct you on how to work out using an exercise ball to improve the strength and endurance of your abdominal and back muscles.
