Janice has been working as a personal trainer for 6 years. She came to the wise conclusion at the early age of 41 (when her son entered kindergarten) that the path to health and fitness started the minute she got out of bed, not just when she entered the “Y” in Naperville. With a full-time job and no longer time for the gym, she started an early morning workout regimen using the equipment she already had plenty of - her body! A varied mixture of cardiovascular, bodyweight exercise and healthy eating, she shed 30 pounds that had crept on with her move to the suburbs and created an epiphany. Any “body” can do this, and Every “body” should!  Certified in Personal Training through the World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) and Precision Fitness, she did personal training for 5 years and at SportsMed Center for Fitness and now trains select clients from the gym she has created in her home.  With a BA in Communications, she also works as a Program Coordinator for Sunrise Senior Living, specializing in Memory Care. She incorporates physical exercise in all of her programming from early onset tolate stage Alzheimers. She is passionate about incorporating fitness into every segment of her life and feels you must chase the fit life daily.  Janice teaches “My Body, My Gym” small group fitness classes at healthymotion™.
