Join us for an exercise class or Pilates training session at our fitness studio in Carol Stream. We offer a variety of classes to fit your needs. Please check our calendar for pre-scheduled classes. We also offer flexible times for private and semi-private sessions. Please call us at 630-588-0600 to pre-register for all classes.
It is recommended that clients have at least one private session before entering a group session. Group sessions may not be appropriate for clients with spine issues or special needs.
A minimum of 3 sessions is required for each group mat class to be helpful. In the event the minimum is not met, all funds will be promptly refunded.
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
FIRST THURSDAYS AT HEALTHYMOTION
Starting in October of 2014 “One Night Only Events” begin at Healthymotion on the first Thursday night of each month at 7pm. These Workshops/Classes will include Exercise, Information and Healthy tips from Lee so that each person can find their own healthy motion. Each class is 1 hour long and $25. First up is:
Healthy Stretching with Lee, Thursday Oct 2, 2014 7pm- Lee shares her pearls of wisdom from her experience as an exercise instructor as well as a physical therapist. She will highlight “do’s & don’ts” to make your stretching more effective with an eye toward preventing future injuries. **Call or email to save your spot**
Group Mat and Fitness Classes

Pilates Mat I
Pilates Mat I is a beginning mat class that will introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates, including breathing, spinal placement and a series of specific exercises to increase core strength and flexibility simultaneously.
Pilates Mat II
Pilates Mat II is an intermediate/advanced mat class that takes you beyond the basic Pilates mat exercises. The class will move at a faster pace and include exercises that require strong knowledge of the basic principles.
Pilates with Props
This mat class will tighten your abs, tone your arms, and shrink your thighs, while rotating through mat repertoire with small Pilates props. Challenge your body with the addition of the foam roller, toning balls, flex-band, fitness circle.
TRX Suspension Training
Invented by a Navy SEAL, the TRX Suspension Trainer is the first bodyweight training system that allows you to perform hundreds of core strengthening exercises anywhere using your own body weight. TRX bodyweight training allows you to work out without the use of a heavy and bulky exercise machine.
The TRX core trainer will allow you to build muscle, and improve your core strength for superior performance in sports or in daily life.
TRX exercise may be performed at a gym, outside or in your home. Imagine being able to work out like a pro athlete anywhere and at anytime.
Personalized Pilates Training

Pilates Training with Equipment
Experience the most popular piece of Pilates equipment, known as the Reformer, and feel the springs’ resistance add a whole new dimension to your workout. We also use The Trapeze Table or “Cadillac”, Stability Chairs, Arc Barrels, Fitness Circles, and more.
