Customize and Personalize Your Workout
Pilates for Everyone was created so you can customize your workout. On the DVD, You will see different ways to modify each exercise to make it challenging as well as safe for your body. From strength training to flexibility, every person has different fitness goals that need to be addressed in order to have a workout that is beneficial.
Watch and follow three different workouts by three different participants. By taking the self-test on the DVD, you will see which participant is most like you. Select a participant to follow, and use their props and cues to personalize your workout.
About the Instructor
Lee Everett is an experienced physical therapist who is passionate about helping people. For over 10 years, she has incorporated her experience in the fitness industry with Pilates to benefit her patients daily. Her goal is to teach each individual how to find their “healthymotionTM” for a great and safe workout.
