Lee is a sought after Lecturer and provider of continuing education. She is a state certified sponsor of continuing education for the IDFPR (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation), and she has created custom programs by request for facilities such as: Marianjoy, St. Joseph's hospital system, CPT (Community Physical Therapy). Illinois Bone and Joint Institute and Rehab Connections. Programs she has created include: Better Breathing, Keys to the Core, Exercise Based Approach to Pelvic Floor Treatment, Ethics in Physical Therapy, Anatomy Reviews and Stabilizing the Pelvis and Sacrum.
Lee has been honored to be invited to speak at the Illinois Physical Therapy Annual Conference twice, at the Northwestern/ Feinberg School of Medicine Alumni weekend and American Council on Aging
